• DEVELOPMENT – Winning is everything. But that isn't the only factor to consider. While our teams will seek to win every game they play, the growth of your child is our program's and coaches' first goal. Day by day and week by week, their skill set should improve. Each practice and game should allow your child to develop new skill sets that will help them advance in their game.

 

• SKILLS - Our programming is designed to teach your child principles and skills that will help them succeed in games. All talents are valuable, but the ones that lead to making a school team or greater playing time are our primary focus. It may take a little longer to teach, but we'll focus on man-to-man defense, offensive motion principles, and other concepts that translate to game scenarios.

• COACHING - Team will be led by one of our incredible coaches, all of whom have played or coached at the top level. For practices and games, that coach will be with you throughout the season. The best teams are those that stay together and grow together!
